Human Rights
UK Human Rights law encompasses complex aspects of domestic, European and International legislation. Turner White Solicitors’ immigration specialists are here to simplify these laws for you. We will advise, guide and represent you on your Human Rights application. We will also assess whether your human rights case falls within the Immigration Rules and Regulations. If your case does not fall within these rules, a valuation of your human rights application will be made outside of them.
An application that falls outside of the Immigration Rules may still fall under Article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights. Article 8 declares that everyone has the right to a private family life. Article 8 can be applied to asylum seekers, denied asylum seekers, illegal immigrants, and others. It can prevent the deportation of children and prevent intrusion from the media.
